Texas Legislative Intent Research

We conduct Texas Legislative Intent Research for our clients based on their Texas Statutes of interest.  For Texas Statutes, our research generally includes, but is not limited to, bill copies, bill history, committee analyses and reports, fiscal notes, minutes of the House and Senate committees, possible tapes or transcripts of hearings by these committees, House and Senate Journal excerpts, and background information, such as relevant competing and prior legislation. Typically, we work with contacts in Texas to gather documents related to the intent of the legislation that affected your Texas Statutes of interest.

Timeframe: Our turnaround times for Texas research ranges from one day (when available!) to two+ weeks.  Contact us for a free quote.  See a sample of our Texas research here.
