, title III, § 460, July 10, 1984, 98 Stat. 377:  Par. (1)(A), § 460(1), struck out “is” after “is”; Par. (1)(C), § 460(2), substituted “appointed or authorized to take” for “apponted”; Par. (2), §460(3), substituted “at the time of the commencement of the case” for “on the date of the filing of the petition” in two places.
•  Pub.L. 109–8, title VII, § 711, April 20, 2005, 119 Stat. 127: Par. (2), inserted before semicolon at end “, except in any case in which a purchaser is a purchaser described in section 6323 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or in any other similar provision of State or local law”.
