Wyoming Research
Research of Wyoming State Statutes or Wyoming Rules and Regulations can be accomplished for $575.00 per enactment or administrative action and be available in approximately two weeks. If you need bill history research sooner than two weeks, the fees would be $675.00 per bill. If we are unable to locate sufficient documents on Wyoming legislative history, we would revert to a rate of $150 to $200 per hour, given the timeframe to accomplish the research. Call us at (800) 666-1917 for a free fee quote.
For statutory research, the Wyoming state legislature appears to retain very little on any bill's consideration by the committees. We look for copies of the bill, procedural history, drafting record from the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau, minutes of the Assembly and Senate committees, bill synopsis, excerpts from the House and Senate Journals, and sometimes a committee or fiscal note, but depending upon the bill and legislative session, there may not be much available. Typically, we work with the enacting state entity, such as the state legislature or relevant state agency.
On-site research in Cheyenne can also be conducted. Our hourly rate varies by request from $150 to $200 per hour or more given our timeframe for research plus all associated expenses, including travel, meals, copying, etc. Please let us know if such research is needed and we can discuss the options available.
When you call us at (800) 666-1917, we will quote the fees to you in advance.
